Hamilton Postpartum is a free program that runs under the umbrella of Crown Point Midwives, a small group of midwives who offer services related to sexual and reproductive health through the Crown Point Family Health center, in Hamilton, Ontario.

The Hamilton Postpartum Peer Support Group group began meeting in October 2019 at Kenilworth Library.  In March 2020 we moved to a virtual format and have been holding weekly virtual meetings on Tuesdays at 10:15am since then.  We started our Pregnancy Peer Support Group in October 2020 and this group meets on the first Monday of the month at 7:30pm.
