Although it's impossible to predict exactly which resources you will need, it can be helpful to consider what you might need and do some research ahead of time.
Whether it's a mental health provider, lactation consultant, or physiotherapist, having some resources lined up can help you access support in a timely fashion if the need arises.
What to Expect
This 1.5h interactive workshop is geared to anyone in the prenatal period who is looking to learn more about mental health - whether you have a current diagnosis or past history of mental health concerns, are expecting your first baby or will be integrating a baby into your family, you are welcome!
This workshop allows participants to learn and shared information and tools about postpartum mental health. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and share experiences.
